Day19!!!

Well after all the excitment yesterday, today was a bit more relaxing I guess you could say. In Chetwynd we just missed the international chainsaw carving competition, but we did get to see all of the entries. Pretty amazing what those guys can do with a chainsaw though. We drove another 350 miles to the town of Fort Nelson in northern British Columbia. As far as wildlife viewings go, we saw about a dozen or so deer along the roads. We saw lots and lots of pretty scenery, but otherwise all we did was get a bit further today. The towns here have become few and far between and the roads have gotten a LOT less crowded. We did officially get onto the Alaska Highway at about 12pm today. We have now for the next 1200 miles no more turns!!!! I shouldn't get too lost.....I hope.
